ZAC LOVE
Zac Love began DJing and creating sample-based sound collages in 1988. Since then he has created numerous soundscapes under the name of Between Friends, as well as remixes of songs by other bands (The Feelings, Bugskull, Sone ). Love is also one half of the acclaimed experimental DJ duo, The Multnomen. Love created the soundtracks for The Swan Tool and Love Diamond (performances), Nest of Tens and Getting Stronger Every Day (video) by Miranda July. His sound collages are directly influenced by his daily work as a microbiologist at Oregon Health and Sciences University, where he collages DNA with viruses.
